HEADPHONE TOAD by Myles Brown

Headphone toad is an art piece that is digitally illustrated using Adobe fresco illustration. It is a work of art that is inspired by my love of Apple beats headphones, my favorite Pokémon type being ground, and Japanese frog yokai known as Ogama. It is also a work of art that mixing my experiences at Raleigh parties with Japanese inspired artwork.

My name is Myles Brown, and I am a mixed media artist and educator from North Carolina. My art is influenced by mythology and vintage animation. I am the CEO of JUST A CRAZY ILLUSTRATOR, and I have art in galleries including Zeitgeist Bar and NC Crafts Gallery. My art is represented by Drinking Gourd Gallery, and has also been displayed at The North Carolina Museum of Art, African American Atelier, The ArtsCenter, and Durham Art Guild’s Trust Gallery.
