This is the sister of another mannequin head. I had an entire vision of making her a harlequin version. I was so into making a pattern with the different glass. And then I got distracted with some rose gold. And then distracted with the thickness of the glass pieces. And then I fell out of love with her. She started to look more future-cyber-punk and farther away from my vision. So I’m letting her go on her own journey.

I’m a musician that crafts. It gives my hands something to do while I sing, rehearse, learn, or just daydreams. It’s part of my writing practice and visual interpretation of my songs. I’m an immigrant. I’m queer. I’m a lot of things and just like communicating with folks through art and the vulnerable spaces it offers.
