My art isn't pretty--- it's meant to make you think. "The Bedroom" is a box that shows the inside and outside of a run-down apartment. Inside the box, you'll see various weapons, cigarettes, a rat, a dirty mattress, etc. The people who'd buy this piece are weird and see the world the way I do.

Growing up in my family’s funeral home business in Trenton, NJ, provided me with ample subject matter and served as a catalyst for expression. My imagination allowed me to expand my visual perception of form, design, and structure. My art juxtaposes elements of the daily realities I observe with surrealist, character-rich themes. My art, always characterized by rhythmic composition, led to the establishment of Make it Funky Studio. I often say, "I am a storyteller, and I welcome you to join me on this visual journey.” He primarily works in acrylic on canvas. However, he has done large pieces with magnetic movable figures on sheet metal backgrounds, worked on shadow boxes, and painted wood relief. He prefers to paint along with music, lending a rhythmic element to his art, leading him to establish Make it Funky Studio.
