Joel Tesch is a full-time artist and native of Raleigh, NC. A UNC-Chapel Hill graduate, Joel has also lived in Atlanta, San Francisco, and London before returning to RTP in 2021 with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys participating in Triangle Area gallery exhibits and art festivals and has sold paintings to collectors throughout the US, UK and Asia.

Joel’s art focuses on three thematic pillars: pop art figures/portraits, abstracts, and landscapes. While those themes vary, he likes to employ a consistent style by applying the elements of vivid colors, dynamic contrast, and a sense of movement in his paintings.

Everything he creates is hand painted acrylic on canvas. He hopes you enjoy experiencing his artwork as much as he enjoyed making it!
