031 - Spin Cycle by Jennifer Morgan

The day to day life trance. Wake up, apply make up, cook up breakfast for your man, up and off to work, up on your feet 10 hours straight, make up a quick dinner, your impatient and hungry mans temper is up, up the volume on the tv, look up no conversation just screens, pull the covers up time to sleep. So much up, up, up.. never turn down never shut off just repeat the cycle.. more chores, more work, more under-appreciated weight to carry. You can’t shut down, so instead you loosen the grip on your individuality and become the spin cycle. Numb.
